SISKA Creator Collaboration Terms

We love working with creators and want every SISKA collaboration to feel fun, easy and clear from the beginning. By accepting a collaboration with SISKA, you agree to the following terms.

Content Delivery

All content created as part of your SISKA collaboration must be provided to us via Google Drive or Dropbox in its original, high-quality format.

Unless otherwise agreed in your brief, content should be supplied clean and without text overlays, captions, watermarks, filters or other graphics added to the original file.

Please keep original files available until SISKA has confirmed they have been received.

Content Usage

By accepting a collaboration with SISKA, you give SISKA permission to use content created and supplied as part of the collaboration across our own marketing channels.

This includes organic social media, our website, email and SMS marketing, as well as paid advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and other digital marketing channels.

SISKA may resize, crop, edit or adapt supplied content where required for different placements and formats, while keeping the overall nature of the content intact.

Paid Media

Content supplied as part of your collaboration may be used in SISKA paid advertising unless different usage terms have been agreed with you in writing before the collaboration begins.

Deliverables

Any specific content requirements, posting dates or deliverables will be communicated as part of your individual collaboration brief.

We ask that agreed deliverables are completed within the requested timeframe. If something comes up, just let us know, communication is always appreciated.

Collaboration Acceptance

By accepting a SISKA collaboration, receiving gifted product or payment under an agreed collaboration, or submitting agreed content, you acknowledge and agree to these Creator Collaboration Terms unless alternative terms have been agreed with SISKA in writing.
